Mimi Dvorson, M.Ed., M.F.T.

Marriage and Family Therapist

I believe in my client’s inherent ability to heal and join with them to form a creative and collaborative relationship which promotes growth and transformation. My therapy practice integrates strength based disciplines including Emotionally Focused Therapy, mindfulness based techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, specializing in relational challenges, college student issues, life cycle transitions, grief work, anxiety management, and family of origin issues. My Master’s Degree in Couple and Family Therapy is from the University of Oregon.  Along with Bonnie Witkin Stuart, Ph.D., I am the co-founder of the Eugene Center for Mindful Living.

I live in Eugene with my family, where I practice yoga, parenting, gardening, and community building.
